1030 am - 130 pm. Pepper Crusted Filet Mignon with bordelaise, Asparagus with Lemony Hollandaise, Caramel Pot de Creme. Limit 8 Students. Classes are designed and taught by Susie Cork, who is also the General Manager of Shaw's and a graduate of The Culinary School at Kendall College in Chicago.
