Tai Chi Classes
Apr 6, 2010 7-8 pm. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that is being taught in a gentle form of low impact exercise for adults, ages 18 older. Practicing Tai Chi helps to support general mental and physical well being. It helps to improve lower body strength, balance, and flexibility.
