The trip will take approximately 1 hour and will cover many aspects of canoeing safely while we search the lake for wildlife. Space is limited so you must pre-register at the camp office prior to the event. We will meet at the dam at Rose Lake. If you love art, gardens and music, come enjoy the lovely woodland setting at scenic Bishop Educational Gardens,13200 Little Cola Rd., Rockbridge. Throughout the beautiful gardens, there will be more than 70 fine area artists and crafts persons displaying, demonstrating and marketing their products. Annuals, perennials, and water plants will be for sale, OSU Master Gardeners will answer questions on plant growing and maintenance, and there will be musical entertainment thanks to a Logan-Holl Foundation grant. Be entertained by Scottish bagpipe music, wool spinning demonstrations, Celtic dancing and more! Our chefs will grace your taste buds with their delicious culinary delights, and Joppa Spa & Wellness Center will be open for tours and offering complimentary neck massages.
